What month do the planners start? 

Our signature planners are undated so that you start them when you want. We include a sheet of custom stickers so that you can label your tabs according to which month you start.

Are there different cover options? 

Both our Companion and our Desk Agenda come in two colors : Black and Oatmeal.

Why don't you have more colorful covers? 

Part of our motivation designing our own planner was to create something simple, minimal and professional. We find that we can be more dedicated to our planning with less visual distractions.

Northfolk Desk Agenda: 8" x 10" x .75"

What kind of paper do you use?

Our second edition planners have 100 gsm uncoated paper. It has held up to several pen tests with no bleeding or ghosting.

What are the differences between the Companion and Desk Agenda?

The Companion is a daily/weekly/monthly/yearly layout. 
The Desk Agenda is a weekly/monthly/yearly layout

Do the Northfolk planners lay flat when opened?

Our planners have a beautiful swiss binding and lay absolutely flat when opened.

When will I get my planner?

Pre-orders will start shipping late November, early December.

What is the standard shipping schedule?

Orders are prepared and shipped from our location in Colorado Springs, CO. All orders are packaged and shipped within 2-4 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

We are now offering new lower flat rate shipping costs for domestic AND international orders. 

US Domestic : $8 flat rate standard shipping

Canada : $12 flat rate standard shipping

All other countries : $15 flat rate standard shipping

(*Flat rate shipping is for all orders under 5lbs. All charges are in USD)

MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST OR STOLEN! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your package was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please take the following steps:

Check with neighbors to see if the package was left there.
Reach out to your local post office or USPS / UPS facility.
Please note, once a package ships from our location, we are no longer responsible for it. At that point, it is the responsibility of the carrier. All lost / stolen package claims must be handled with them directly at the links below:

Can I get a refund?

Please take the time to review all our photos in detail, as well as to confirm that the size and dimensions will suit your needs, as all planner sales, unless damaged or defective, are final once shipped.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us and we will be happy to setup a refund / exchange immediately. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
